Also when getting a mini/toy aussie,I estimate going off parents size and certain weights at certain ages for the size of a particular pup.But I can not guarantee that they will be that size full grown, seeing as how this breed has been bred down from the full size version.Usually at the age of 9months they are diffenently done growing up.Every pup is unique in it's own way as far as growing some will not grow taller past 4months and others will, just depends on that pup.Alot of times you will see toys and minis all in the same litter even if parents are both toys.I have even gotten standard size aussies out of two minis bred together.I have had a couple pups even have weights of toys and then turned out to be 14" minis or one had the weight of a small mini as a pup and turned out a full size boy by 5months.This is tricky with this breed and I do my best that I can on matching a person with the size they really want. All my dogs now are 14" and under to hopefully keep the toy/small mini.

Toys are classified as anything under 14"
They can vary weight wise from 5Lbs to 19Lbs most generally depending on their bone structure/stockiness.

Minis are classified as anything from 14" to under 18"
They can vary weight wise from 15Lbs to 40Lbs most generally depending on their bone structure/stockiness.

I DO NOT TRY TO MISLEAD ANYBODY BY THE SIZE OF WHAT A PUP WILL BE. I ESTIMATE TO MY BEST KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY THE SIZE OF PUP AT MATURITY.PLEASE UNDERSTAND THO THAT I CAN NOT GAURANTEE THE SIZE AT MATURITY FOR I HAVE HAD SOME PUPS COMPLETELY SURPRISE ME IN THE END.
